Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional form of Vinyasa Yoga that is excellent to cultivate discipline and transform body, mind, and soul.

This series introduces you a “short form” of the Ashtanga Yoga as it can be overwhelming for the newcomer to Ashtanga to witness the entire Primary series.

The short form practice can be integrated when you don’t have enough time for the full sequence as well.

This abbreviated sequence is a great way to become familiar with the essence of the traditional practice, or keep up with your ongoing Ashtanga disciplined process.

 

Connect with the sound and sensations of Ujjayi breath throughout the asana practice.
