This is an injury-friendly gentle full-body asana practice for the foot, ankle, and lower-leg (if you are in a cast, etc.).
This sequence doesn't include any standing or weight-bearing poses.
This class is for all levels and its purpose is to clear any stagnancy and maintain the overall health of the body during the time of injury in the attitude of ahimsa, non-violence, and kindness.
