Ground. Nourish.

This series aims for nourishment and self-care through yoga practice.
The practice includes deep listening, presence, asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation.
Learn to relax into every breath in these calming practice.

This practice opens your hamstrings and hips progressively building up towards Supta Virasana, or reclined hero pose.

 

2. Seated Peak Pose – Baddha Padmasana (60 minutes)

This practice opens your hamstrings, hips and thoracic spine progressively that builds toward Baddha Padmasana, or bound lotus pose.

 

3. Grounded Open Heart – Om Mani Padme Hum (55 minutes)

“Om Mani Padme Hum”

May the heart of all beings blossom like a lotus flower, and shine like a jewel.

Infuse this loving prayer into your whole body through this practice.

The class includes Nadi Shodana Pranayama, Anahatasana, and Gomukhasana putting the intention towards the vision of a grounded open heart.

 

4. Yoga for Your True Nature (60 minutes)

This class is a practice of pratyahara – internalization.

I invite you to turn your awareness inwards to connect with your breath, consciousness, the underlying background of everything during our practice together.

Nourish your body and soul by connecting deeply with your true nature that is beyond thinking and analyzing.

The class includes Samma Vritti & Bhramari Pranayama, Virabhadrasana I & II, Paschimottanasana, Gomukhasana, Suchi Randhrasana, Setu Bandhasana, Salamba Sarvangasana, Halasana, and supported by Matsyasana.
