1. Wake Up Flow (65 minutes) – FREE CLASS from course content section below
Wake up your body and awaken your inner radiance with this dynamic sequence.
The class includes Gayatri Mantra, Surya Namaskara A, Garudasana, Vasisthasana, Ushtrasana, Setu Bandhasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana and more.
2. Lotus Body Activation (65 minutes)
Reveal your radiant beauty of the soul. This practice is inspired by the symbol of Padma: a lotus flower opening its petals to the light of the sun.
This class includes Padma Mudra, Utkata Konasana, Ekapada Rajakapotasana variations, Setu Bandhasana, Supta Padangushtasana and more. Enjoy the practice!
3. Peal Pose Flow – Sirsasana (60 minutes)
Play with angles and perspective in this dynamic practice which we build toward Sirsasana or Headstand – known as King of Asana to sweep the prana up through the spine.
In essence, we are not exactly the forms or the body, thus asana practice supports us to free our limited perspectives to open towards every direction.
This class includes Gayatri Mantra, Anahatasana, Parsva Balasana, Dhanurasana variations, Vasisthasana, Ardha Hanumanasana, Baddha Konasana.
4. Expand From Within (60 minutes)
Let the brightness of the sunshine in your heart expand from within lighting up every part of the body and beyond. Glow from inside yet stay calm and open.
This practice includes Gayatri Mantra, Anjaneyasana, Warrior I, Prasarita Padottanasana, Parsvottanasana, Trikonasana, Hanumanasana and Shoulder-stand sequence.
5. Unite the Opposites (60 minutes)
Yoga means Union, by integrating different parts of the body into One unified embodiment.
This class explores the embracement of opposites through embodied asana practice, utilizing the breath patterns.
Inhalation is naturally connected with Prana Vayu, the upward flow of prana, opening and expansive patterns of life force energy.
Exhalation is naturally connected with Apana Vayu, the downward flow of prana, deepening and rooting patterns of life force energy.
This dynamic Hatha practice includes Gayatri Mantra, Surya Namaskara A, Virabhadrasana A & B, Navasana, and Setu Bandhasana.
6. Short Morning Asana Practice (30 minutes)
Shake off morning sluggishness and brighten up your energy level with this quick 30-minute practice.
